Founders
Aleks, Co-founder of Solyx AI, he has founded multiple ventures including in wearable tech and renewables. His most recent company was funded by the US Department of Energy. He has held leadership positions in engineering, product development, manufacturing, and sustainability. Aleks holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Arif co-founded Solyx AI after a career developing the grid that AI now depends on. At NextEra Energy Resources, North America's largest renewable energy developer, he worked on the development and interconnection of 6 GW of solar and battery storage projects, and sourced $3 billion of mission-critical equipment for solar projects across the US, negotiating and managing the contracts behind it.
He earned his engineering degree and a master's in management science in Türkiye and worked across Europe and the Middle East, then came to the US for an MBA at Cornell before joining NextEra.
